Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification once your order has officially shipped.

  • Backordered Items: If an item is on backorder, we will contact you via email or phone. Typical lead times for backordered items are 2 to 4 weeks.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Calculated Shipping: Costs are determined and displayed at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 (excluding taxes).

  • P.O. Boxes: At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States.

Local Pickup (Grand Rapids, MI)

Skip the shipping fees by picking up your order locally in the 49315 zip code.

  • How it works: Place your order online. If shipping is charged, we will refund the shipping cost once you notify us of your intent to pick up.

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

  • What to bring: Please have your order confirmation email (digital or printed) ready.


Order Status & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your package within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at naagadecorfolks@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can assist you.


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

The Nature of Handmade Goods

Our products are intricate, delicate, and handcrafted. Because of this, no two items are identical. Minor variations, small blemishes, or loose threads/beads are a natural part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects. Often, these minor issues can be easily addressed with a small touch of craft glue.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging our items for transit via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. However, if your order arrives significantly damaged, please email us at naagadecorfolks@gmail.com as soon as possible with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A photo of the item’s condition.

We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work diligently to find a satisfactory solution, such as a replacement or a refund (minus original shipping costs).

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier or your local post office first. While Naaga Decor Folks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help you track it down.
