1. Shipping & Delivery

Where are your products shipped from?

All our festive and pooja decor items are handcrafted, inspected, and shipped directly from Byron Center (Grand Rapids area), Michigan, USA. Because we fulfill domestically within the US, there are no import customs, international tariffs, or overseas transit delays.

How fast will I receive my order?

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Transit across the continental US usually takes 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or UPS. You will receive a real-time tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Can I get expedited shipping for an upcoming pooja or festival?

Yes! If you have a strict pooja date (such as Varalakshmi Vratham, Ganesh Chaturthi, Navaratri, or Diwali), please reach out through our Contact Us page or email us prior to placing your order so we can arrange expedited priority handling.

2. Craftsmanship & Protective Packaging

How are delicate idols and deity jewelry packed?

We take extra precautions with sacred decor. Fragile deity faces, Ammavaru idols, kireetams, and stone-studded garlands are individually wrapped in thick protective bubble cushioning and packed into rigid, shock-absorbent corrugated shipping boxes to ensure they arrive in flawless condition.

How do I maintain and clean brass & deity decor?

For brass diyas and peetams, wipe gently with a soft dry microfiber cloth. For occasional deep cleaning, use a brass cleaning solution or lemon/tamarind paste, rinse, and dry completely. For fabric thorans and stone jewelry, store flat in a dry, moisture-free storage box away from direct dampness.

3. Returns, Refunds & Etsy Shop

What if an item arrives damaged in transit?

If your package is damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box and the damaged product. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
